How do I place an order?

What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. We pickup and deliver 24 hours a day.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I still order from you?
Yes you may. You can place a cash deposit for the value of each item. When the equipment is returned, the cash deposit will be refunded.

May I use someone else’s credit card?
No, credit cards are non-transferable, so the name that appears on the credit card must be the renter. However, you may use the equipment once it’s rented.

Do you rent software other than Microsoft Office?
No, but you can install any software you wish on your own.

Yes.

What does the damage insurance cover?
Our damage insurance covers any accidental/non-intentional damage incurred to the equipment during your rental period. This does not include any damage directly or indirectly by weather, negligence, flood, fire, misuse, abuse, or theft.

Will I be charged an extra day because you delivered my equipment a day early?
There is no additional charge for the extra day in most cases. This allows you the opportunity to “play” with the equipment or practice your presentation.

What if I have trouble with my equipment or it just doesn’t work?
All equipment is tested before it is delivered. However, in the rare event that you do have a problem, a number for an EGADS technician is provided on the packing slip. If the problem cannot be solved, a replacement will be given by the next business day.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, bank checks, and cash.

Can I pickup or return the rental equipment to your office?
Yes. You can pickup and return equipment Monday to Friday between 10AM and 4PM.

We are located about a mile from the Jacob Javits Center. We can deliver equipment right to your booth on the trade show floor.
