Live Streaming - Base Package

Live streaming events have a $4000 order minimum (before delivery charges and sales tax).  Select the base package plus add-on options to reach the $4000 minimum.

This package will normally cover a one to two hour live event.

Includes the following:

EQUIPMENT
• (1) Professional Video Camera with tripod
• (2) Production laptops (Primary & Backup)
• (1) Wireless Microphone (Handheld or Headset)
• (1) Encoder (1 Video & 1 Audio Input)

 
STREAMING PLATFORM ACCESS
• WebEx, LiveStream, Zoom, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
 
LABOR
•  Pre event conference calls, planning and content testing.
•  Event Day On-Site Live Stream Technician
    (up to 8 man hours including setup / test / event / breakdown time) 
•  Delivery / Trucking charges are additional and vary based on location.

OVERTIME LABOR RATES
•  Labor performed on weekends, holidays, between 10PM and 8AM, or in excess of 
    10 hours/day is charged an overtime rate of 1.5x the listed rate.
•  Add $200 for events that begin prior to 10AM
