Live Streaming - Base Package
Live streaming events have a $4000 order minimum (before sales tax). Select the base package plus add-on options to reach the $4000 minimum.
This package will normally cover a one to two hour live event.
Includes the following:
EQUIPMENT
• (1) Professional Video Camera with tripod
• (2) Production laptops (Primary & Backup)
• (1) Wireless Microphone (Handheld or Headset)
• (1) Audio Mixer
• (1) Video Encoder
STREAMING PLATFORM ACCESS
• WebEx, LiveStream, Zoom, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
LABOR
• Pre event conference calls, planning and content testing.
• Event Day On-Site Labor (up to 8 man hours including setup / test / event / breakdown time)
• Delivery / Trucking charges are additional and vary based on location. See Delivery Rates (egadscomputer.com).
(Additional tech time is billed at $95/hr. per technician)
(Add $200 for weekend, holiday, or events that begin prior to 10AM)
